You need to make a all in One patching because I've downloaded this Download (NewClient) 3 time's for each, Download 1/2/3.. Does nothing except say I need the next or new volume of this disk etc.. I am kinda getting the irritation stage where I want to say make the all in one patch download process instead of 3 different file's if other's are having this complication's and abserd difficulties.

You get that error because it cannot find the specified file. All you have to do is make sure all 3 files are in the same folder or all on your desktop. If 1 file is in another folder it will not be able to extract, and that is why you are getting that error.
