Seggy skill

Ijust tried the seg skill Sleep. It freezes the ememy and stops the person using skills for about 20 secs. The animation is a pink circle around the enemy. The magic increase buff works to. As does the decrease hp recovery and decrease crit dam and attack on the enemy. But the 3 other buffs show animation but nothing else.
