[Release] Patch 38.0.21 [patched]

- Removed Imperial Exchange Center to Loa Agency
- Changed Castle of Pilgrimage level requirements to 140
- Added Teleport NPC in Loa Agency
- Redone Loa 2 Teleport locations
- Added 2 new Maps

The drop rates for the monsters in the new map has not been updated yet. All drops and exp rates will change.

There is a bugg with the auto updater. it doesn't seem to give you guys this file.
- Download the file and extract it with winrar.
- Open your Dekaron Imperial folder
- Open the data folder
- Open the script folder
- Open the string folder
- copy and paste or drag and drop the new file into the folder
- overwrite the old file that is there and click save or yes
- Restart your launcher, the Loa 2 teleport and Loa Angecy Teleport should be fixed.
