spirit dagger does 2hits sometimes even none(suposee to do 5) according to frozenheart , he rekons its ethier the sserver is bugged , or my ms might be too high and to fix the ms , you can make it all aoe so it doesnt miss if possible can u do that , cos some ppl arent in america so its a lil disadvantage not using this skill
and yes my spirit dagger is lvl 10

confirm this with another summoner in the game. If his works, then it's your PC.

yep confirmed its the australian ms. its just like in 2moon trieste my violent gale didnt work but americans had it working. i would be very glad if you could make it so that every single hit is aoe so it cannot miss due to ms, or else it like someone form somewhere else would have a little disadvantage.
